- RTI & CPGRAM: Performs duties of CPIO of the branch and monitors grievances on DG Shipping’s portal.
- Safety and Prevention: Handles matters related to crew safety, prevention of fraudulent practices, and investigation of accidents.
- Pension Cases: Initiates action on settlement of pension cases for employees.
- Other Duties: Performs various other duties as directed by superiors related to the Crew Branch.
